The municipality of Majdel Balhis is located in the Kaza of Rachaiya one of is one of the eight mohafazats (governorates) of Lebanon. Majdel Balhis is 95 kilometers (59.033 mi) away from Beyrouth (Beirut) the capital of Lebanon. It's elevations is of 1100 meters (3609.1 ft - 1202.96 yd) above sea level. Majdel Balhis surface stretches for 2004 hectares (20.04 km² - 7.73544 mi²) .
