Municipality of Mazraat Et Teffah is located in the Kaza of Zgharta one of Mohafazah of North-Lebanon kazas (disticts). Mohafazah of North-Lebanon is one of the eight mohafazats (governorates) of Lebanon. It's 123 kilometers (76.4322 mi) away from Beyrouth (Beirut) the capital of Lebanon. It's elevations is of 880 meters (1) (2887.28 ft - 962.368 yd) above sea level. Mazraat Et Teffah surface stretches for 318hectares (3.18 km² - 1.22748 mi²)(2).
