The municipality of Aaynab is located in the Kaza of Aaley one of is one of the eight mohafazats (governorates) of Lebanon. Aaynab is 28 kilometers (17.3992 mi) away from Beyrouth (Beirut) the capital of Lebanon. It's elevations is of 730 meters (2395.13 ft - 798.328 yd) above sea level. Aaynab surface stretches for 335  hectares (3.35 km² - 1.2931 mi²) .
